Hotel rooms under the NABJ-NAHJ contracted rate are sold out at Caesars Palace, our 2022 Convention & Career Fair host hotel. However, Caesars Palace will still allow attendees to book rooms at their current nightly room rates, which would be at a higher market rate.

As an alternative to the current higher room rates offered by Caesars, we recommend attendees in need of rooms consider booking with other hotels along the Vegas strip (such as Bally's, Paris, Flamingo, Planet Hollywood, Harrah's, or Rio). They are also very close to Caesars Palace (within approximately 15 minutes walking distance).

Make your reservation early to ensure you stay at the convention hotel. All room reservations must be made by July 8, 2022. Reservations made after this date will be based on availability and may not be at the negotiated room rate.

Upon booking your reservation, your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax. To avoid forfeiture of deposit, please ensure all changes and cancellations are made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. PST and Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. PST. However, if a guest arrives early and would like to check-in prior to 3:00 p.m., then early check-in fees may apply. Any departures after 11:00 a.m. are subject to the full day charge.  

Cancellation Policy: The hotel requires a 72-hour cancellation policy prior to the arrival date and the guest may then cancel the reservation with no penalties. However, if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit of the 1st night's room and tax. When booked within 3 days, cancellations will be allowed, but the guest will forfeit the 1st night's room and tax deposit.
